Hi dear So the chest pain could be because of raised blood pressure or anxiety as well. Please monitor ur blood pressure whenever u get pain and when u don't so that we can know a pattern. How much does ur heart rate raises when u get pain ? Heat issues can come at any point in life but if u have done all the tests and have no family history then yes the probability decreases I would also like to know if u have checked ur sugar level and vitamin d level as well. U need not do tmt or echo regularly If ur ecg is fine and u have no complaints u can avoid doing tmt , echo . However if u are doing it as a preventive measure u can do it once in an year Take care
Next Steps
please let me know ur sugar, vitamin levels and share ur BP readings and previous reports so that we can find out the cause of ur chest pain
