Overdose of medicine
Morning around 10:30 am I have given montair 4mg to my daughter. Again I have given the medicine to my daughter around 11:00 pm I forgot about the morning dosage. My daughter is 4 year old. Is there any severe sideeffects

Usually montelukast is once daily medicine . There were no side effects reported in the majority of overdose reports.Child may be restless ,with abdominal pain and thirst.It takes about 30 hours to get eliminated from the body .Skip today's dose and you could resume tomorrow
