Hi dr I am having pain in lower right abdomen and groin pain sometimes from past 3 months. Dr adviced me USG whole abdomen and scrotum. Reports attached. Pls guide me. Thanks

So, today while sleeping i had put my palm just under top of the cleft. A bone got rubbed and felt watery. Idk if its tailbone, but towards the right side on my buttock just beside the cleft i feel a bone, i asked my mom, she said she has it on her left side. But when i palpate that bone and press on it, it feels bubbly/watery? Is it because of the muscles present over it or any pus or something has formed? (I read about some cyst). I don't have any symptoms though, please help me understand if this is normal.

Being asked for a bedridden 88 year old. Appearing very weak but concious and talking. BP is averaging 80/43. Is this low bp ? Could this be due to electrolyte imbalance. Any medical intervention is required.

I tested Negative today from Covid, but still sometime I feel weakness in my body, in the evening around 5:30, It started awkward sensation in my body, feeling I am too weak. Even I can not see my mobile for more than 10 minutes. I have online exam on 13th and I am unable to see the screen for more than 15 minutes, I have to go for exam for more than 200 km away from home by train. After consuming monocef o 200, severe throat pain is noticed and difficulty in swallowing too, is this expected or should the medicine be discontinued which was given by doctor for viral infection

Hi, My b12 <50 so basically I am deficient, but my blood CBC all measurements are in normal range. 1. Is there any thing I should be concerned about. 2. It seems I have had deficiency of B12 for years now, what affects it could have done to my body? Thanks
