Do organic Vitamin B12 tablets work? I don't eat non veg. My vitamin B12 level is 133. I took neurokind 500mg. It was 183 last year. I have taken Mecofol 500mg last year. Also I took injection Renerve plus three times whenever i got pain in the nerves. Since the value does not go up all, It seems I am not getting enough vitamins by taking these tablets. Who can tell whether organic Vitamin B12 tablets work or not? There are several being sold online.

Is slight cough along with little runny nose and a low blow blood pressure of 107/60 a symptom of dengue and if not then how to control low blood pressure.The patient takes olmi 10 once a day but the blood pressure is going low since two three days along with above mentioned symptoms?

I got minor scratch 8 days back, but from past 2 3 days I am having discomfort in jaw but have more right sided jaw swelling. I can open my mouth fully with no pain except for swelling near ear and jaw joint(right sided) and less swelling on left side. I took TT vaccine in 40 hours. I visited a doc and he ruled it as tonsillolith(visible tonsil stones), but I have no swelling of lymph node or sore throat. Can swelling be because of tonsillolith or it might be tetanus? Kindly help.
