My nephew is having only fever and headache. Got blood test done on doctors advice. Wbc 10.6 Hgb 8. 5 platlets 200000 and RDW 20.4 No typhoid. Taking Cefixime 200 BD Multivitamin capsule OD Dolo650 TID from. Last 4 days but still fever and headache. Please suggest. Is it malaria?
