Have recureent uti and resistance to antibiotics is this permanent resistance or it changes over time

I'm suffering from cough from last two-three days.. also there is mucus that i have to clear from nose.. today , the coughing has reduced however, im having hoarseness in voice from today morning. the voice isn't clear. fever and anything else is not there though. please help

I have ear pain and buzzing sound So doctor prescribed MRI brain and MRI temporal bone But because of some communication and budget problem MRI technician did   brain MRI and screening MRI Was it helpful to know Ear infection or any fluid in ear or nerve ear problem? I m having feel of my heart beat and pulses for past 5 days..this feel increases on sleeping..its like i feel my pulse and heart beat very much...my ECG shows sinus tachycardia and doctor gave me propranolol for two weeks..i want to know whether i will get cure or not? One more thing there is a feel like after every 4 or 5 sec i feel tremor on my left side..what is the reason for this?
