I am facing back pain & headaches for the last two or three days. Feels heaviness in head & discomfort in eyes as well. I work in IT. Currently working from home. I am also having nerve pain in hands & shoulder. Please tell what can be the issue!

I was tested widal report positive on 03 April 2022, after that took proper medication and got well after 10 days, but now I again tested for widal test and found positive, I have no symptoms of typhoid and feeling fully healthy. My report is attached, please give guidance n help for further action.

Its been 8 months after covid,all these 8 months continuously i am facing lot of mucus secretions in nose and my left ear blocks, sinusitis, left minimal hearloss,breathlessness,sharp pain pass through left side ear,left  back throat and chest, it's really annoying what I am facing, when I visited many ent doctor they say ear is fine, But I m going this weird horrible Problem, not able to breath In covid I had severe breathlessness ness which made me to use steroids and inhaler alot.

I just had a full body checkup for precaution. My free testosterone are abnormally very high at 71.58 pg/ml against general range of 0.18-28.28 pg/ml. My total testosterone are 710 ng/ml which within general range of 164-753. What does high free testosterone mean? And how should I bring these within limit?

My friend was covid + and ct score 20 and took medicines prescribed by doctor for 5 days and completed 7days of isolation. Again he got the test done today and report is +ve again with ct score of 25. What should he do now.

I am 62 year male , I have some side effect to NSAIDS medication , I was taking it as pain killer for my knee , suddenly I have sever headache ( thundeclap headache ) , swelling in legs , and left side chest pain in deep sleep , which would wake me up . After stopping all this no symtomps . Everything is okay like my sugar , heart , kidney , liver . Why such symptoms, also the hankover of all this medicine use to stay for 48 hour , next day I would feel all day drowsy ? What may be the cause , is it neurological or something else ?
