Hi, few week before I tested for CBC, in this My platelets count was 1.15 lacs the take some medicine like caripill, omnacortil b12 . After 1 week ( Today) test for again CBC my platelets count is 93000. What I have should for this. Sir Please prescribe medicine.

Along with those medication, high level of hydration is also needed, atleast 3 L/day
