Any relevance of irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea and B12 level? took B12 injection in 2015 when b12 level was 140 I took Hosit plus in year 2019 for 1 month level was 212 pure vegetarian do feel weakness after motion (semi liquid) please advise

I have been diagnosed with dengue 2 weeks earlier and once my fever subsides after a week ,  but there are rashes (convalescent rash- white islands in the sea of red) over my hand and legs and it is somewhat itchy. it usually comes after the fever subsides.But I am not sure how long it will last. Could you please guide how many days it will disappear.

Is aspiration required nowadys before giving any IM injection ? Does it cause more pain if we aspirate ? Let's say, I have identified the greater trochanter properly and I know there is no chance of presence of any blood vessel. Still should I aspirate as a standart procedure ?

Hello doctors. I'm a 23 years old and i have always been into sports and a professional dancer as well, so by that you can assume that i have been active physically and from last 5-6 month i have in home workouts actively as i love to workout and keep myself fit. But from past few weeks i have heard news like sudden cardiac death of people in gym or while doing anything and all this has traumatized me enough to give me anxiety disorder. I have been so worried that everytime I try to workout i start having negative thoughts and anxiety and palpitations sometimes, this anxiety never happened before. I don't smoke or drink i take healthy home cooked food. I want to know if there is something to be worried about? I want to live normally again and workout daily. Also if i go for running, is it completely normal to have a lil increased heart beat for a min or two? Please help. The anxiety is making it really worse

What does remark "giant platlates seen" means? I was regularly monitoring the blood platlates test report of my father, suffering from Dengue for the last 4 days. Today's report has a remark mention as giant platlates seen. What does that mean? Altough my father's platlates level is increasing slowly and it is 148 right now.
