Fever and cough
My dad age 52, had fever few days ago with cough. Then 2-3 days later, there was no fever only cough. Now again he has little fever (100.5) with little cough, can we give paracetamol 625 or antibiotic is needed?

You can use paracetamol as needed.as his fever recurred after a gap of few days ,do CBC and chest xray
