I have fever 100 to 102 range . Mild headache , sleepiness, vertigo while standing, dry cough, fever . It is started from yesterday. What should I do? Spo2-100% Pulse -89

Had dizziness (Vertigo) since 3 days.  Started feeling very dizzy today and after sometime vomiting also occurred.  This happened earlier on 26th July, on that day I took Tab.  Vertin 8 Mg - SOS, Tab.  Tab. Domepherine.  Since then there was fever and headache, which got cured in 6 days, but the vertigo could not be completely cured.  Dizziness (Vertigo) on moving head for three days now.

Recurrent UTI, any permanent solution * will sitz bath help *ultrasound is normal * gynecologist checked normal findings * what could be the reason for frequent UTI * any suggestions

In test report dated 1 aug Iron level was 32 Hemoglobin was 12.5 Weight was 58.9 I started taking medicine for iron deficiency Today I got my test done my Hemoglobin was reduced to 11 & weight was 58. What is the reason for reduced weight and Hemoglobin. Also every evening my body temperature raises to 99 to 100. What is the reason??
