Getting tired and shortness of breath
My brother age 29 ..Since last few weeks he is complaining that he gets tired very easily and when he walks he face shortness of breath.
We checked Spo2 it's normal
Chest xray says normal
ECG says normal.
BP is normal
What should we do ..What is the possibile cause for this ??
Kindly help

Shortness of breath is multifactorial...ranging from as simple as anemia to cardiac/respiratory or even other systemic disorders.
Next Steps
The person requires few more investigations ruling out lung and heart pathologies..Namely Echo and CT chest plus some bloodwork and a thorough physical examination too...
