My mother is experiencing dizziness & shortness of breath frequently in the evening.During the recent blood test her hemoglobin level was 10. She is taking her BP medicine Nexovas O regularly. Her BP is in the normal range .

She may be developing chronic left ventricular failure or coronary artery disease.
Please share details of meds she takes.
Get ECG, cardiac echo, X ray chest done and share results.

The cause for dizziness can be both peripheral and central. To rule out peripheral cause for dizziness like BPPV get an ENT consultation and for central causes a full neurological examination is needed. The most common and preventable cause of Dizziness might be orthostatic hypotension and this occurs more on early morning. Proper examination will help to differentiate. For symptomatic relief T. VERTIN 8 mg OD can be prescribed but try to find the cause
