Yes it may cause aspiration leading to breathing difficulty, or even aspiration pneumonia. I need to know further history to differentiate between other causes. If you are having acidity, take Sompraz 20 bbf.

Advice for all the patients:
Kindly do not go for chat consultation for the symptoms. This could be misguiding to the doctor and inturn harmful to the patient.
(e.g.If u go to any ICCU, U will invariably find a patient who was taking acidity medicines for 2-3 days and ultimately landed in ICCU in a serious condition. Why to take a chance?
Mistake occurs, may be once in lifetime,but sometime costs life.Have proper diagnosis and treatment done in full consultation with a doctor. Wish u beat of health).
