Sudden sensation in heart and head
Hi,
After eating lunch today felt few seconds of irregular heart beat a bit slow and sensation in head. Not sure if its lightheadedness. Along with this also felt kind of gas in abdomen. Took Gelusil and had relief a bit. I am on StarpressXL25, Thyronorm112.5, Rozat5 medication. Echo and Ecg done last 6 months back which was normal along with blood works.
Please advise.

Urgent ecg...if ecg doesnt pick the problem and the problem persists with feeling if dizziness then you need a 24 hr holter...
