Urge to urinate
Unable to hold urine for long... She has to go to toilet immediately when she feels urge to urinate or else she will wet herself. Please suggest some medicine to reduce this incidence. What to do next?

Ummm does she urinate at night too? For how long is this happening? What's the age of the patient( asking as you've mentioned this in second person). Does she bedwets? Is she having some sugar issue?
