I read somewhere that sarpagandha tablets can be used to treat high BP problems. My mother has a high BP problem and she regularly takes TELMA AM 40 . Can I replace this medicine with sarpagandha ?? If it can treat this permanently. Also which brand should I prefer and what are it's dosages and sideeffects
