you can use Tablet Azithromycin 500 mg 1 time per day after food for 3 day
with Capsule Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 and Multivitamin A to Z Gold Capsule 2 time per day for 3 day after food for strength and immunity.
Start with steam inhalation twice daily and hot water gargaling with salt or betadine solution.
Stil persist then start with Azithromycin 500 mg once in a day after meals for 5 days
