Hello doctor 3 months before I suffered from typhoid and still after having antibiotics yesterday I have done blood sample test for widal test and typhidot test , report showing typhidot test negative ( igg and igm both negative ) but in widal test S typhi O is 1:160 (positive )and remaining three are 1:20 , is it typhoid coming back i am feeling weakness and loss of appetite and feeling little fever but temperature is normal , answer will be appreciated thankyou

Typhoid test can be positive for long term. You do not worry about that.If your antibiotics course is complete and no fever then do not worry about the test report.
Continue soft diet,drink lots of oral fluid.
