Flu

My mother is having acute sciatica pain. She is not able to even move. Am not sure if we have to consult general physician or some other doctor. Kindly help also kindly suggest the medicine. Please... Pain is unbearable, she needs some treatment/medication immediately.

I'm experiencing reduced sense of smell. Previously I have used Flauticasone plus azelastine nasal spray long term. How it can be restored.

In 2021 my brother was suffering from lack of platlets (50k-90k) and got fatty liver then after we consult the doctor and they preferred for all the test(as attached )I attached the  bone marrow test .after getting medicine platlets were fine it had increased to 1.5 lakh then after again now the platlets are decreased and the liver problem is there please find the attached current  report currently the platlets are 85000 and the liver seems like sirum biliubrin has increased .please advise.

Because of stress problems my mother is having so much thick pain in chest heart area .she cannot speak .oh nama shivaya 🔱

I had my university exams 1month ago, due to which I had to stay up all night for around 20 days. During that time i stayed up all night, Took the exam at 10am to 1pm and then slept at around 2 pm. And then wake up at 8:30-9:00 pm then again the same. Now my exams are over and i am unable to sleep at normal time, despite all measures. Currently my body urges to sleep around 7 am but i go to classes and sleep around 2 pm and wake up at 8:30. Can i take melatonin for my problem if yes what dose will be appropriate.

We are travelling for 10days from Bangalore to Delhi. We have a pre mature child and now her age is 1year 2 months ( Femail). We use to give her Nandini ordinary milk as it is south India brand. Now in delhi can we give her Amul ordinary milk. Is Amul milk cow milk or Buffalo milk. We do not prefere Buffalo milk to child as she will get fever.

My brother daughter age 2yr, 2 months back one made street dog byte her on face. She get treatment. Yesterday she byte her mother and brother. Is there any problem on normal person , by the byte of rabis effect person.
