My mother stays in a village which is a remote area with limited medical facilities. She was on medication for thyroid last year and from past few months have stopped taking it as she was feeling better. But 2 days back she got the tests for thyroid and blood sugar done as a regular check up and TSH and blood sugar is Little above the border line. My testing heart rate is stay about 45/50 beats to 56.sometime 40 I am football player . My ecg echo normal. Is resting heart indcate good heart health? In sleep it goes 40 (measued by mom by pulse oxymeter)

I have 159 U/L alkaline phosphate & normal range is 40-129 U/L I have symptoms of pale stools and chills

From the past few months, i have been facing heaviness in right and left sided lower abdomen. Sometime in right sided lower abdomen and sometimes in left sided. But mostly the issue is seen in right lower abdomen. But no pain felt or no change in appetite. I feel normal hunger only. I have also seen that after passing stool sometime i feel heaviness in right sided lower abdomen. My bowel movement was okay. No watery stool.I felt this heaviness in abdomen after bowel movement today and after i eat bread, egg fry and 1 banana, heaviness started after 30 minutes. I felt heaviness in abdomen, while walking i feel something stuck at the right sided throat and having some sort of breathing issue. But after having burping i felt relaxed and breathing came normal. Still i am having heaviness in lower abdomen. I am only 25 yeard old, no habbits of smoking and alcahol. Once in a month i eat junk food. But this issue is faced by me which makes my faily routine a hindrance. Kindly guide me.

I am having white deposition on tongue since 5-6 months. I am cleaning it regularly through tongue cleaner but it's not going. Once doctor gave candid paint but still it is there. I have attached the photograph of the tongue. What can be the probable cause?

Hi, No i was not diagnosed with covid twice. I recovered well from covid on Jul 15th. I had covid on Jul 5th and another cold on 25th Jul. For seasonal cold, doctor prescribed steroid and antibiotics for a week based on CBC and course completed on last sunday and I am feeling well now.  Just was worried about steroids intake for 7 days that it would compromise immune system. Hello All, My 26yrs old wife sometimes gets severe pain in entire left arm ( shoulder to fingers ) { 4th time in 2yrs } Often she complaints about shooting pain in left Ribs ( due to which for few seconds she is unable to breathe) {4-5times weekly } --Both above are happening from 1.5-2yrs. We had a miscarriage 2months back post which she developed pain in back ( if she continues to sit for sometime ) What could be the potential reason for this and which specific doctor should I consult ( if any )? Hi, I have a drooling issue since a few years and I want to get rid of it as it is excessive and it's all over the blanket. It only happens when I am asleep. Can anyone help me if there is any medication for this? Or any treatment?
