If so many Doctors could not diagnose your problem inspite of so many investigations and  physical examination,  I wonder what the Tele-consultation Doctors do for you  ? This is not the era of  "jaadu"  and  "haath mein  shifa" . All of us practice Scientific Medicine. A physical examination is a must before we should attempt to treat you.

it may be because of anxiety and stress considering your all reports are normal so don't worry
Next Steps
if you are not satisfied then you can go for a   secondary diagnosis. you can go for this test trop I test & ct angiography, ECG ( previous one is done in earlier time then no need)
Health Tips
Some   gastric problems also cause acute epigastric pain . so you can consider this one and improve your lifestyle by avoiding spicy and oily food , add more fiber in your diet

You can get a baseline ECG and compare with older one.As all the other tests are normal ,if this bothering you , consider doing CT coronary angiography which is sensitive, will detect if issues are present.
