High fever with dry cough
My mother is suffering from High fever and dry cough..she is tested for CBC, typhoid,and urine test...CBC is normal..no sign of infection.. typhoid is negative...in urine test epithelial cell is 8-10... platelets also normals..no symptoms of Malaria also.. plz suggest what can i do...

If the duration of the fever and cough is more than 5 days get a chest x-ray done .If x-ray is clear repeat the blood tests and urine analysis as well.

Tab amoxyclav twice daily after food
Tab paracetamol 500 thrice daily
Syp benadryl Dr 5ml thrice daily
Tab levocet 5mg at night
Get her vitals checked and if cough is since more than 2 weeks get a chest xray done

Please start tab cefoclav twice daily for 5 days, after food.Get her dengue test ,covid test done.give adequate orsin sips ,start cold sponging,.Start dolo 650 whenever there is fever
