Cold and throat pain
Today in the afternoon I started to feel itchy in my throat and a little bit of a runny nose kinda thing. And now my nose is blocked and my throat is paining a little bit and its itchy too.

In addition to levocetrezine you can use paracetamol, vitamin c 1 gm daily for few days and warm water gargling with salt.
