Under tb treatment from 5 months from few days noting fresh blood under nails what is this ? Is this medicine side effect or anything else any suggestions

On tb treatment from 5 months few days having cold sensation on head.. sometimes feels like water is draining but when checked nothing... what is this sensation?

I feel good and less dull and weak generally and it shows on my face. A friend once suggested I take  I'm Saline solution. I scoop a spoonful of salt into a cup of water. Shortly after that, my boss commented the dullness around my face is gone.  I stopped taking it after a while cause I fear it could lead to some health complications. Actually randomly I checked my lipid profile and lft. Results were shocking. My triglycerides and vldl was high. So, I consulted to a doctor. Along with this I also told the doctor that with little work I feel fatigue and tired. Also in lft test my sgpt and sgot was high. So he suggested me medicines. My question is can I take supradyn and shelcal xt daily for one month. Not taking along. One in the morning and another at night.Now my vit d3 result also came deficient. It is 9.55 only. So, can I take 60k capsule weekly for three months as prescribed? I have fatty liver also. Taking sorbiline 3 times a day before food 2 teaspoon each. It is also prescribed for one month. Please suggest
