For the past week my knees feel heavy what could be the reason for it. This is making me worry that I may have a serious neurological condition .

Doctor previously i took 4 Dose intradermal Anti Rabies Vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 around 5 month's Ago and again i took TT and 3 intradermal Rabies Vaccine Day 0 7 28 Last 3rd Day 28 dose was taken on 1st October 2022 but today morning on 20th October A Street Dog Scratch me with Nails No Wound just skin redness and drop like blood so should i have to take booster dose of Rabies Vaccination ?
