I have pain in throat and ears since 2 days I went out of station and it was cold But when i sneezed and coughed there was dark yellow color mucus and little blood Is this serious what should i do ?

I m having left hand ache from last 1 month ...its on and off ...now from yesterday I feel it's paining more from shoulder to wrist...my dad also passed away last week ...I m worried if the pain is heart related or is it because of stress ...I always have fear of diseases either heart attack or hiv or cancer ...from shoulder to fingers it feels like mild ache...also when dad was not well I had to lift him up from bed n also keep on massaging dad's hand n holding dad's hand ...plz help ...is this a symptom of heart disease
