When ever I am trying to pass urine i am feeling pain and urine comming frequently.. Plz suggest which test should be done and if there is anything for concern

My son is having fever from yesterday night gave crocin 240 5ml but fever is repeating so as per doctor advice today at after noon 3 pm i gave 5ml meftal syrup but the fever is not coming down after 2 hours also

I was having very high fever and tonsil pain from 14.12.2022. I went to the doc same day and he prescribed me antibiotics and other medicines. I don't have fever anymore but my throat pain is not curing. I have also completed the antibiotic dose of 5 days but still there is no, effect in the pain. Kindly suggest how to get rid of the pain.

Hi recently I am experiencing red round spots under my toes and feet and they are very sensitive and tingling sensation to touch. Normally there is no pain but when touching there is a tingling pain sensation . There are 4 5 spots . Attaching photos below. Also I am having mouth ulcers . All the symptoms have been for one week . Kindly help .
