I recently got myself tested and got to know my Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy values is 16.91. I consulted a physician and he injected me arachitol 6L IU injection and told me after 15 days to start taking a vitamin D supplement of 60k IU once a week for 10 consecutive weeks. I would like to know if after taking a mega dose, do I still need to take pills as well because one is the substitute of the other. I am doubtful if this is going to increase my level above the safe limit.

Hi My friend is suffering from cough, cold and fever from past two weeks. Is this the Covid symptoms or just normal cough and cold due to weather change. Here test and smell is ok but nose is block, having fever, feeling cold and having cough nothing else

I'm a 33 Yr Old Male. I just did my annual health checkup. CBC, ESR is normal. Stress/Treadmill test is normal. Results also shows I am borderline diabetic and have Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Grade 1.
