My mother got day 0 and day 3 rabies-vaccination in gluteus region, shall we continue to next 3 doses as usual. Does anti rabies vaccination are not effective when taken in gluteus region?

My mother she is 66yrs old yesterday she had a fever and i taken to general physician doctor and he had given paracetamol and Azithromycin and gas tablets for reducing fever symptoms. (She is a cardiac pateint and CKD and thyroid and hypertension and diabetic patient). Yesterday night she taken tablets of Azithromycin and paracetamol tablet and slept for 2hrs she woke up and to turn on fan suddenly she fell in to my hand and i checked her blood pressure it's 102/50. And kept her in bed and checking her blood pressure for several times is it control or not What is main cause for this can you explain
