Hello dr since one year I am facing gread n throbbing head n some kind of palpitations like flutter n some times dizzy I did all ecg, echo, tmr test, blood test, head scan all is normal but dr said it's migrain n gave tablets but taking tablet no use for few days i will be ok again head throbbing n gerd is started again.
