Flu

I had my nose pierced 2 days back with a non sterilized needle at a local gold smith. Is it a cause for concern? It was a gold needle which would have been used on other people before. Should I take TT or any other antibiotic now to make sure there's no infection? Right now, I don't see any redness or bump. There is a little numbness on the left nostril where I got it pierced.
