Middle chest and back pain
My middle chest feels pressure like feeling... when i lie down it seems more.. and pain is also in back and left arm.. my heart beat become loud and sometimes when i panick... i feel shortness of breath some time.. other wise i have constant pressure in middle chest... what is this??? I also have acidity and gas problem for few months
