I amsuffering from extreme hair loss since my baby is 3 months old. Dermatologist prescribe me q sera serum and dermadew Ahf shampoo and perfectil tablet.I am using this since 2 weeks but no result found. I am losing 200 hair everyday. I am very much worried. Should i continue above said medicines?  How many days q sera serum need to start work?

My vaccination shedule 5 dose on May, 2020. Two booster on Jan, 2021 And two booster last 26 August,2022 Due to dog bite . Recent I was walking on street while I got scratch with road with stone . * Near the road a rabid dead dog was lying . No direct contact with dog* Is there prophylaxis need ? I am anxious .
