Flu

I'm having constant pain at left side and back side of head, left jaw and near ear area from past 15 days. I feel swelling inside and when move my head at left side or back side, I feel sharp pain and vertigo also. Before 15 days, I've taken the antibiotics course for treatment of sinus at right side of nose which is almost well now. But this time, I'm feeling that this pain is not due to sinus as my nose is not blocked. Please guide me that whom should I consult to get proper treatment. Thanks

I recently got myself tested and got to know my Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy values is 16.91. I consulted a physician and he injected me arachitol 6L IU injection and told me after 15 days to start taking a vitamin D supplement of 60k IU once a week for 10 consecutive weeks. I would like to know if after taking a mega dose, do I still need to take pills as well because one is the substitute of the other. I am doubtful if this is going to increase my level above the safe limit.

I'm a 33 Yr Old Male. I just did my annual health checkup. CBC, ESR is normal. Stress/Treadmill test is normal. Results also shows I am borderline diabetic and have Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Grade 1. Triglycerides level is more than normal. Can I consume Sea Cod (Cod Liver Oil) capsules as a supplement for general well-being. Pls suggest. Thank you.
