My body becomes hot frequently and I suffer from Weakness and body pains. I have vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiancy and Excess of Uric Acid, Are these parameters are reponsible for my symptoms or there may be any other reasons for it?

My doctor has given otiflox ear drop. This is not available in local pharmacy. Is there any substitute ear drop ?
