Sores inthe inside of cheeks/ mouth ulce
I've had ulcer in the insides of my cheeks for a month. I've tried zinc supplements and topical ointments but nothing works and i still have it. What can I do to get rid of it?
I have used buccal paste on the sores for 3 weeks but there was no improvement. And i've take supplements, zinc, becosule and still it didn't help.

Mouth ulcers can have various reasons, like stress, vitamin deficiencies.. If it's not resolving it needs to be evaluated.. If u hv git inflammation or IBD , then root cause needs to be treated.. Visit a physician or u can consult online with detail clinical history
