Do you have constipation? Take tab doxycycline 200mg one daily for 7 days. Cap cyfolac  one morning and one evening for 10 days. Apply orasore ointment over the ulcer 2 to 3 times daily. Rinse mouth with povidone mouth wash 3 times daily. Avoid hot fluids, hot spicy, food.

Looks like oral ulcer. Take Folic Acid 5mg 3 times a day for 5 days Orasore gel for application 2 times a day

Mouth ulcer started  with cheek bite. Locally apply zytee gel with  ear bud before meals,  nothing by mouth till 30min.  Without  rinse take meals. After meals rinse properly  apply  candid gel with  ear bud,not to rinse. Tab folic acid5 MG two times a day after food for 2 weeks. Becosule z one at night after dinner for two weeks. Yet its always better to consult superspecialist like an ent.

It's look like mouth ulcer, you can apply orosore mouth ulcer gel &start tab bcomplex 1-0-1 for 7 day If you don't getting sleep properly then it is one of those reason for mouth ulcer so improve your sleep cycle If you had constipation then also sometime gets mouth ulcer for this you can start syp Lactulose 20 ml at night, & consume more liquid diet
