My mother in law has mouth ulcer since 3 to 4 months and its not healing after taking B12 injections as well. she has sore mouth, lips gums, tongue ,cheeks. can you help to detect the problem

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You need to get her checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.. Loose tooth, ill fitting dentures, smoking, tobacco chewing and some nutritional deficiencies affect the healing of mouth ulcers.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
