Take Vit B complex capsule for 4-5 days. Don't eat too spicy and too hot food. If it is hurting too much you can also use some gel like orasore.

Hello ma’am, mouth ulcers are a common problem and they can be quite painful, especially when they are near the cheek or gums. Most often they are caused by minor injury from food, stress, acidity, vitamin deficiencies (like B12, folic acid, iron), or sometimes due to spicy and oily food. The good news is that they usually heal on their own within 7–10 days, but treatment can help reduce pain and speed up healing. For your case, I would suggest some safe medicines and remedies. You can use a topical oral gel like Mucopain gel and apply a small amount directly on the ulcer 2–3 times a day, especially before meals, to reduce pain and allow you to eat comfortably. If pain is severe, you can take paracetamol 500–650 mg when needed. Additionally, taking a multivitamin with B-complex and zinc for a week can help in faster healing if the ulcer is related to vitamin deficiency. Along with medicines, some home care is very useful. Avoid spicy, hot, or acidic foods as they can worsen the ulcer. Prefer soft, bland meals like curd, dal, khichdi, or fruits like banana. Drink enough water and try rinsing your mouth with lukewarm salt water 2–3 times daily—it reduces pain and promotes healing. Most ulcers are harmless and heal within a week, but you should consult a doctor if the ulcer is very large, extremely painful, recurrent (coming back again and again), associated with fever, or not healing even after two weeks. I hope it help you.😊
