Hi All, from the last few months I have been suffering from too frequent mouth ulcers, once every month either on tongue or base of mouth somewhere. Just want to know how to avoid it and further which doctor i should visit. An ENT or gastro doctor

U should add vit B complex with vit c and zinc.also avoid oily spicy food . Improve ur hydration. Although for active ulcer u can use oracep gel local application .if u have any other symptoms like indigestion, gastritis or constipation then u can consult with a gastro

Can be due to vitamin b12 deficiency,pus from ulcer is suggestive of infection.
Next Steps
Apply ZYTEE L oral gel Take TAB BIO D3 MAX once daily for 6 weeks. Add hexigel oral gel in case of infection.
