A blood pressure reading of 125/94 mmHg is considered elevated, with the diastolic (bottom) number being above the normal range. While it's important to remember that blood pressure readings can fluctuate throughout the day. It's possible that your medication dosage may need to be adjusted, or that you may need additional treatment or lifestyle changes to better manage your blood pressure. Please consult privately. so that I can recommend further testing, such as blood tests or a 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, to help determine the cause of the recent elevation in your blood pressure. In the meantime, you may find it helpful to engage in stress-reducing activities, such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, or yoga, as stress and anxiety can contribute to elevated blood pressure readings. It's also important to maintain a healthy diet, engage in regular physical activity, and avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption, as these lifestyle factors can affect blood pressure.
