Bp is too high
I am 32 years old my bp is 148/90 is it normal or too high no diabetic. So can I consult doctor or what please reply me

What is your weight If you are obese BP will be on higher side But this value need to checked for 3 consecutive  days If it remains high U need further investigations

Single reading is not enough.  Measurement has to be done 2 times and in different postures too. What  is your weight? Diet and exercise is of first importance..
