I am 27year boy... From last 1year I am diagosned with high BP and I am on telma and prazopress medicine. I have saw in Internet there is high possibility to having kidney problem if any one have BP problem from now. Please tell me how can i take precaution from that

You can reverse high BP by changing your diet and diet is the only way. You are too young to get on medication. Detox, nourishment and change in lifestyle is the way forward.
With medication you can only manage your condition but there are always chances of disease progression even with medication.
