Electral powder use in high BP patients
If any person is a high BP patient and at the same time He/she is suffering from loose motions, then giving ORS  to keep the body hydrated can increase the BP of the patient as There is sodium in the ORS. Any other substitute for ORS that can work good for keeping body hydrated in case of high BP patients.

Nothing  such , as you are not using for long periods. ORS is with other constituents  too,  Hou are not taking sodium alone . There will not be any sodium over load as there  is deficit  of electrolytes in body due to diarrhea episodes
Next Steps
consult  Doctor  if dehydration symptoms persist
