Hi doc, i am feeling heavyness in head..whole head...what could be reason for this..want to treat .please suggest

I am a 29 year old woman who gave birth to a girl baby on November 13th . I was on thyronorm 75mcg( recent thyroid reports attached ) My bm stopped just 2 weeks post delivery so giving formula milk to the baby. I took a thyroid test in January by seeing the result The doctor reduced the dosage to 50mcg. My period cycle was regular (every 30 days ) but after delivery I started getting periods twice a month.. Got my periods on the following dates. December 22nd January 6th January 20th When I visited the doctor she told me to come and meet her if the period comes on or before 21 days . I got my period on  February 4th so visited the doctor she put me on ovral L pill from the 5th day of the period (December 8th) I am noticing severe weight gain Before conceive I was 68kg Delivery time 74kg But now 83kg... Gaining a kg in this month please help

Facing problem of excessive sleepiness since 2 weeks along with fatigue and lack of interest in doing anything. Sleeping day and night still feeling drowsy. What could be the issue.

Currently I am applying Soframycin and neosporin powder on it and covering it with bandage, also applying warm compress to it. Please let me know if I can take Amoxygesic CV 625 as an antibiotic? I accidentally drank boiling water and cause white burns under my tongue it is not paining but the area is white and swollen plus my right side tonsil or neck area  has also swollen. Do I need medical assistance or it will be fine on its own?
