Pain and stiffness in fingers

I have undergone endoscopy and colonoscopy.
And biposy as well.
It says mild duodenitis , illetis and focal active colitis.
What does this mean.
It says no malignancy and no IBD.
My stomach is very tender to touch its swollen. I have pain below my ribs and back pain a lot..
