Attacked by a small dog - (breed - Shih Tzu) Don't know if it was vaccinated. I was wearing jeans , there is no sign of the jeans being ripped but I have got a mild injury, I can't tell if it's from its teeth or claws. Do I need to get vaccinated?

I am not getting the reason why my body starts shivering everyday during afternoon between 1 -2pm. After 30 min body weakens for a while and headache starts .And evening everything nomes to normal. Diagnos with CBC test but the report came normal. Please advice
