From 3 days I have runny nose and now my nose area and forehead is paining also feel sleepiness please suggest some medicine

I applied nivea moisturizer in belly button to clean. Later a big boil(with pus & blood) popped up. Doc recommended betadine powder only & it got healed eventually. Later, after a gap of 5 months it again triggered with small boil. Visited a gen physician and was treated with antibiotic & betadine wash suggested. As I adready had fibroid history visited my gyne(lapro specialized doc) he examined the area & said its from skin. Dont poke & only clean with spirit & earbud. Had a routine sonography of lower abdomen & no unusual outcome. But again someday after cleaning navel with soap and water to clean again some blood discharge came out. Visited first neighbouring gen physician (DMS of govt hosp) he said only cleaning is needed. Then a darmatologist as well who suggested betadine wash. I am pan*cking & cleaning the area frequently. After 2 months again day before yesterfay during cleaning it was poked a bit & some blood stain is coming on top of earbud. I am very stres*ed out. Plz HELP.

Since the past 2 days I've had difficulty urinating, and I'm taking citralka syrup since then, but the pain and inflammation doesn't seem to subside, instead its increased since tonight. Please suggest a quick relief, unable to bear it.

Whenever i travel in bus Or train Or any other vehical for more than one hour or more i use to get severe headache...i take proper care of my diet n keep eyes on proper bowel movement on d day of travelling to avoid any gastric issue but still gets a headache problem...dont know its motion sickness Or something else...pls prescribe any medicine for the same...

I am 31 y Male.  My blood test report shows  following for my thyroid: T3:  1.04    ng/ml T4:  6.32    ug/dl TSH:  3.270   uIU/ml Is this normal or indictor of high thyroid ? Also how frequently should we get myself checkd for thyroid? Also  is it possible to keep thyroid under check through daily activities? if yes then how?

For the past one week have severe cold pain in cheeks and cough. When coughing phlegm sometimes it's white sometimes it's brown. Is it serious?
