I have hypothyroid for the past 11 years and i take thyronorm 137.5 mcg. I also workout everyday so is it safe for me to consume pre-workout supplements from brands like muscle blaze, etc. or will they interfere with the medicine or increase my TSH levels.

Attacked by dog, mild injury

Attacked by a small dog - (breed - Shih Tzu) Don't know if it was vaccinated. I was wearing jeans , there is no sign of the jeans being ripped but I have got a mild injury, I can't tell if it's from its teeth or claws. Do I need to get vaccinated?
