From the past few months, i am facing issues related to stomach and skin. I am having heaviness in right lower abdomen (happens mostly after bowel movement), with the time heaviness gets reduced and still light discomfortness. At the same time i  feel heaviness in throat also. Except this heaviness in abdomen and throat, my appetite is normal, and i do not have any pains in the stomach/abdomen. With this stomach issue, i am also facing dry skin issues all the over the body but specifically more on hands and upper body. As this dryness in skin affecting me alot in my professional life. Everyone is asking about, do you face any underlying diseases. I felt very discomfort. Please suggest me why it is happening, whether this problems can be stopped?
