I have severe hair fall and low vitamin b12. Can I take becosules capsule and follihair tablet both daily ?

I had done upper GI endoscopy for my long term digestive problem. I was having heaviness in right lower abdomen from the past few years. My endoscopy report came with mild gastritis, with RUT positive. Had my medicines for 10 days, but no changes in symptoms. USG report is normal. But my heaviness in right lower abdomen is not going. Never felt any pain only heaviness.

Hi my mother,61, had cough & cold few days back and 100.8 fever we started her medicine (calpol & aziwok) her body temp was 97.5 than but as we stopped the medicine after 3 days her temp at night was 99.8 Should i continue the medicine or get her examined??
