Hi Doctor, My age - 33. Mere left side me chest pain, anything I eat maximum jalan I tried - Digine , Juices , Mulethi powder but no effects.  Ecg - Normal. Kuch b Bahar ka khate hi acidity, jalan , pain . Please advise what to do.

Hi.. yesterday, i was playing in group with friends with a small green ball and that hitted me badly on right side of stomach about 3-4 inches right from Naval hole. I thought it will go away in sometimes but even after 24 hours The pain is still there but nothing to be seen from outside , no redness or anything. On walking or on stairs also it is paining. What should I do? Is it a matter of concern ?

My systolic pressure is in normal range within 130-140 but diastolic pressure is high in the range of 105-106 . Please suggest the course of action ...taking a mild dose of 3 mg budesonide steroid for last few days for colitis with mesalamine ..is the pressure normal with the steroids or should I stop the steroid treatment or they are not related ?

I always take your opinion ..today when i went to market i felt wired type of dizziness,out side sun was hot arround 11.45 in the morning ...don't know how to discribe,i felt like i'm going to faint but nothing happens like that..i'm worried now if i have any heart issues..bcz i many times fainted when i was schooling time but today it was wired feeling..an i have very bad anxiety issues like health anxiety ..if anything i feel in the body i worry that i'll die ...now since morning i'm worried.. i feel wired in the head..i was ok for some days but now due to some stress i'm facing this again..i'm staying with my in laws an im very unhappy bcz of this i'm taking bad stress an we are looking for a house to move an not finding good one so more stress ..

Is it ok to take jovail(SSRI) 20mg for over 6 months Or is this medication is addictive? If there is any serious side effect if I miss a dose?

Doctor i took Tetanus injection on 29th November 2022 and today on 2nd January 2023 i got scratch by rusty nail little bit drop like blood comes out so should i have to take Tetanus injection ?

I am taking iron supplements for last one month.my red blood distribution increased this month that is 20 where normal range is 14.last month it was normal.my hb(10.6),pcv-33.1,mch-25.9 slightly lower than the normal range. Is there any issue.
