Trivial Tricuspid regurgitation (TR) is the most common lesion of the tricuspid valve ,usually is benign and is considered within normal physiological limit.normally it will not progress to moderate or severe category unless it's associated with structural heart disorders . The cardiologist who requested for the echo would be the best person to clear your doubts.
