Got hypothyroidism after delivery of twin babies, started reducing levels slowly, the medicine also decreased from 75 mg to 25mg but for last 2-3 months the TSH has again rose to 8-9 and not getting lowered. Weight also increased to 66 from 60.

Hello doctor, I'm having allergy on my hand from long time. It is not going only. I have attached the photo please see and suggest any cream for that. I was using propyderm nf cream it is good but mark is not going and again I'm getting itchy after few days.

I have checked my  CBC 4 time in year and found 2 times okay platllates count i.e 1.60 But after few month tested again and found 1.36 with mpv 14.46 , 1.19 with mpv 15.80 Need suggestions on that

Hi Doctor, My husband had high grade fever of 101°C on Wednesday(8th March)Doctor prescribed medicines but it didn't work. He had fever, vomitting. Hence I took him to hospital the same day and they asked him to be on observation for a day. They gave him IV injections. That also didn't work. Again took him to hospital and they asked to take blood test. Looks CRP and Platelets count were abnormal. He don't have fever for the past 2 days now. He is fine and active but feeling bit tired at times. I am attaching the blood test report which was taken on 10th, 11th and 12th of March for platelet count. Platelet count was 1.25, then 1.16 and today's report also below 1,50000. Do we need to take dengue test? I am worried pls let me now how to increase platelet count.

I am suffering from pure cough since last 5 week. No cold no fever. After 4 week one day I got mild fever 100.2 for one day but mostly cough is disturbing me. It is return again and again. No infection in CBC test. What to do?
